Queen

2. Queen: Queen are a British rock band that formed in 1970 in London. There original members were Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Rodger Taylor and John Deacon. The lead singer is Freddie Mercury who also plays piano and guitar. Brian May is the lead guitarist and vocalist. Rodger Taylor plays the drums and has also the piano. John Deacon mainly played the guitar until he left in 1996.  Some of their smash hits are We Will Rock You (1997), We Are The Champions (1977), Another One Bites The Dust (1980) and Bohemian Rhapsody (1975). They have been inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame (2004,2009), The MTV Europe Music Award for Global Icon (2011). There are many more that I could name.  To this day they are regarded as one of the best foursome band ever to walk on this earth. Their biggest ever crowd at a concert was 700,000 wild fans over 13 concerts. That’s an average of 53,846 over each concert. This happened in Brazil. Their biggest recorded crowd was 131,000 in Argentina and whilst they were performing, soccer legend Diego Maradona appeared on stage with the Band. Their music is high intensity and loud noise. Their music often gets the crowd buzzing and they always join in. There music isn't for the faint hearted, it has loud and long drum and guitar solos and the lead singer singing his heart out. Their music often creates thousands of fans wanting to go along for the experience when they go on tour.
